what proc did you have before core2quad?
Most people believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Engineers believe that if it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet. |

Oh, in that case you should send me your old proc
also a friend of mine has two 20 something inch samsungs for his desktop and they work really nicely, so they're worth getting. btw why did you get a solid state drive, is it better than a normal harddrive?

dman ssd's are better but not worth the money atm, wait for them to drop. To get a decent size one you gotta pay through your teeth. Give it 6 months to a year then get one.
Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning. |

Hehe.. My old proc is already sold...
I actually got a Samsung's 20'' (206bw), and its pretty nice. Im just looking now for a 3D compatible monitor. I saw a 24'' Samsung and a 24'' Asus one wich looks aewsome.
SSDs are WAY faster than HDDs! Have a look at some tests or reviewa on the internet. But as Piercy said, its actually pretty expensive. FYI i payed 300$ for my 120Go SSD, wich is in the med+ range...
